  • I'm interested, but I'm not 100% sure that this is for me...Can I just come for a drop in to test it out?
Listen... I understand the hesitation. Here's what I know: I LOVE facilitating these events, and I am 100% committed to your growth in this container. So yes, please join us for a drop in event, you can book that through the calendar on this page. If you love it, you can upgrade to the monthly pass with a special coupon code that will be emailed to you!
  • I'm worried that I'm going to be late, is that ok?
If you can't make it for 5:30, just let me know. We usually start with some grounding and settling, so you should be fine to join a bit late :)
  • What if I don't fit in?
I hear you. Over the course of running many different circles, I know this is a huge concern for a lot of women. Know that you are not alone and I would bet that many of the other women are worried about the same thing! This is the perfect space for working through fear around belonging and acceptance.
  • How many people will be there?
There have been anywhere from 2 and up to 12 people. Right now we're averaging on the smaller side, so it's a lovely intimate group :)
  • What makes this different from other groups or circles?
To be honest, a lot. I take a TON of pride in being able to offer something unique. Here's a quick snapshot of why this Circle is different: You are being supported by a legit, professionally trained (like...I spent way too many years in school), vastly experienced Clinical Counsellor and Somatic Therapist. You can rest assure that I will pay close attention to the needs of everyone in Circle. I have a deep understanding of the importance of safety and trust, especially in a setting like this-- I make it my top priority. You'll get to experience a life-changing combination of group therapy, psycho-education, somatic healing, and deep community connection-- if that doesn't sound awesome, I don't know what does!
  • I feel uncomfortable in groups! Is this really for me?
Oh hey fellow introvert! I see you! I'm an introvert too! Because of my own lived experience, I have so much compassion for others who are scared, intimidated, or otherwise uncomfortable with the whole group thing. This is why I: prioritize making space for small and 1:1 discussions make sure to leave space for those who want to share but are having a hard time opening up. am very conscious about creating a safe space, so your comfort level grows each week. My honest opinion? I think this is the perfect space for those who have fear of group settings! It gives you an amazing opportunity to connect with others and break old patterns of hiding and not wanting to be seen. The growth potentials are huge. So from a fellow introvert to another, don't let your fear stop you!
  • What if I don't want to sign up for 3 months?
The 3 month commitment is a guideline. I'm asking everyone to sign up for at least 3 months because this helps to deepen the healing and create a more connected space. But if after 1 month you decide this isn't for you, no problem, you can always cancel.
