Embracing the Darkness and
the Returning Light
Winter Solstice represents the longest night of the year, which also means the slow return of the light.
On December 21, for a special year-end Solstice gathering, we will join together to honour both the darkness and the light. With the New Year approaching, this is a powerful time to reflect on our year so far and create intentions for what is to come.
What can i expect?
A space to share about and move through the ‘darkness’ of this past year– what have been your struggles? What are you ready to let go of and move forward from?
Grounding and somatic practices to support you in tuning into your body, moving stuck energy, and feeling more connected to yourself
An opportunity to connect with others in both the large and small groups, so no matter your comfort level there will be a space that works for you.
Practices to support you in getting clear on what you want to build, create, and move towards in the coming year– let’s tune into a powerful new energy!
